Apartment Primo Piano (first floor)

If you are with a group of 6 persons, you can rent the entire first floor (if available).
It is possible to add 2 extra beds, so in total there is room for a maximum of 8 persons. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a private fully equipped kitchen and a private living room with tv.

Each (bed)room has a lovely view on the typically Tuscan landscape. Next to a box spring bed (160 x 200) with duvets, mosquito net and a closet, there are also a desk and a table and chairs in every room. In the two bathrooms you’ll find a shower, a sink with a mirror and a hairdryer, a toilet and bidet.

You can have breakfast in the kitchen or in the garden. In the garden you can sit comfortably on the chairs, in the sun or the shade, whatever you prefer, have a swim in our pool (5.75 x 2.75 meters) or enjoy the deck chairs. Bedlinen, towels and breakfast are included.

• Rates are per night, and include breakfast and linen for bed, bath and kitchen.
• For a longer stay we grant a reduction on the base price.
• Alle rooms are very spacious, more than 18 square meters. It is possible to add an extra single box spring bed.
