Rooms with a view on the Tuscan landscape

On the ground floor and the first floor are double rooms. These are spacious (18 square meters) and light rooms. Each room has a lovely view on the typically Tuscan landscape. Next to a box spring bed (160 x 200) with duvets, a mosquito net and a closet, there are also a desk and a table and chairs. In the ensuite bathroom you’ll find a shower, a sink with mirror and a hairdryer, a toilet and bidet.

You can have breakfast in the kitchen(-diner) or in the garden. You may also use our kitchen and the common sitting room with tv. Bedlinen, towels and breakfast are included. In the fenced garden you can sit comfortably on the chairs and deck chairs, in the sun or the shade, whatever you prefer, or lie in the hammock or have a swim in our pool (5.75 x 2.75 meters). There is an outdoor kitchen with a stove, barbeque and pizza oven. So eating and drinking outdoors is also possible.

• Rates are per night, and include breakfast and linen for bed, bath and kitchen.
• For a longer stay we grant a reduction on the base price.
• Alle rooms are very spacious, more than 18 square meters. It is possible to add an extra single box spring bed.
