Family or friends’ rooms

These family or friends’ rooms consist of 2 bedrooms of each 18 square meters and are suitable for 2 x 2 persons. The rooms are adjacent. Each room has a lovely view on the typically Tuscan landscape. Next to a box spring bed (160 x 200) with duvets, mosquito net and a closet, there are also a desk and a table and chairs. In the entrance hall between the rooms you’ll find the bathroom with shower, sink with mirror and hairdryer, toilet and bidet.

You can have breakfast in the kitchen or in the garden. You may also use our kitchen(-diner) and the common sitting room with tv. In the garden you can sit comfortably on the chairs, in the sun or the shade, whatever you prefer, have a swim in our pool (5.75 x 2.75 meters) or enjoy the deck chairs. Bedlinen, towels and breakfast are included.

• Rates are per night, and include breakfast and linen for bed, bath and kitchen.
• For a longer stay we grant a reduction on the base price.
• All rooms are very spacious, more than 18 square meters. It is possible to add an extra single box spring bed.
• The 4 person family rooms consist of 2 double rooms with an entrance hall and bathroom between them.
• The price for an extra bed is indicated below.
